Exceptions - Refunds Only Available For:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Templates with major technical defects that prevent basic functionality
  • Payment processing errors

Exceptions must be reported within 7 days of purchase with clear documentation.

4. Processing Information

5. Package-Specific Terms

Standard Package:

  • No refunds once template is downloaded
  • Exceptions only for technical defects

Tailored Package:

  • No refunds once customization work begins
  • Deployment services are non-refundable once completed

6. Cancellation Policy

Before Payment:

  • You can cancel your order before completing payment
  • No charges will be applied

After Payment:

  • Sales are final once payment is processed
  • Contact us immediately for payment errors only
