YumeUI is a digital marketplace that provides website templates, UI components, and related digital assets ("Templates") to users ("Customers").

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to purchase Templates
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Purchases and Payments

• All purchases are processed through Razorpay payment gateway
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment must be completed before accessing purchased Templates
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased Templates
• Use Templates for illegal or harmful purposes
• Reverse engineer or extract components for separate sale
• Claim ownership of original Template designs

7. Intellectual Property

• Templates remain the intellectual property of YumeUI and original creators
• Customers receive usage rights, not ownership
• YumeUI respects all third-party intellectual property rights

8. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase
• Refunds are granted at our discretion based on our Refund Policy
• Digital products cannot be "returned" but access may be revoked

9. Limitation of Liability

• YumeUI provides Templates "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any damages arising from Template usage
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Template

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
